Troubleshooting: Actively diagnose and resolve technical roadblocks, addressing complex SDK tracking discrepancies and API integration issues during product go-live phases.
Process Optimization: Standardized technical documentation to reduce the average ticket resolution time for common integration issues, thereby accelerating client onboarding.
