Infrastructure for Impact
As the Tech Lead, my main challenge was ensuring high availability and smooth user experiences with virtually zero budget.
- Architected a highly cost-optimized serverless architecture leveraging cloud-native free tiers.
- Built robust CI/CD pipelines to minimize operational overhead, allowing our volunteers to focus on content rather than server maintenance.
Recognition
- Recognized with the 2021 Taiwan Education Innovation Top 100 Award by Parenting Magazine (親子天下).
- Received the g0v Civic Tech Grant and was invited to present at g0v Summit 2020.
