As Co-founder and CTO of Huixing (匯星教育) and Read AI (享讀 AI 智能教育), I led the technical development and operational strategy for platforms aimed at bridging the information gap for high school students.
Key Achievements
- Impact: Developed an AI-driven education chatbot and online platform impacting over 10,000 high school students.
- Fundraising: Secured NT$1.5M in funding, earning the Ministry of Education's U-Start Program grant twice.
- Acceleration: Successfully led the teams into startup accelerators at National Tsing Hua University (NTHU Garage), National Chengchi University (NCCU), and National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU).
- Technology: Built robust systems utilizing LLMs and RAG technology in collaboration with publishers to develop personalized learning assessment technology.
My role required constantly switching hats between engineering, business development, and team leadership—turning abstract concepts into scalable products under limited resources.
