The Meow Night Cafe was an experiment in lean startup methodology and rapid market validation on campus.
MVP and Rapid Iteration
We identified an unmet demand for late-night study and social spaces for students. We quickly launched an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) pop-up cafe at the NTHU Restaurant.
- Validation: Conducted surveys with nearly 500 respondents to validate demand.
- Traction: Successfully gained over 1,500 followers on social media within two weeks of launch.
- Reception: Achieved a 95%+ positive feedback rating, proving the viability of our initial hypothesis.
This project was a hands-on masterclass in lean operations, rapid iteration, and community building.
